Children can color their own fish via touchscreens and bring them onto large projection wall.
The Happy Valley amusement park chain is incredibly popular in China with seven locations all over the country. The park in Shanghai has now integrated a new and playful installation, which is powered by Ventuz. The center of the installation consists of a massive projection wall with a resolution of 7680 by 1200 pixels on a width of 16 meters, illuminated by four HD projectors. The wall shows a virtual aquarium with kid-friendly fish characters.
To get kids engaged, ten interactive terminals are installed in front of the projection wall. Children can choose their favorite of a selection of 21 different fish types and use a coloring app to customize their fish. Once finished, a simple swipe gesture will throw their personal fish onto the projection wall for everyone to see. In addition, they can print out their fish right then and there or email it to themselves or a friend. This helps them to keep this fun memory in mind and provides parents with a very personal souvenir.
