Abstract base for the image provider nodes.

Although the Image node is listed in the Toolbox, it is not a node that can exist in a scene. It rather is the basis of creating one of three derived nodes and therefore dragging this into the Content Editor will open a pop-up menu that allows the user to choose one of the derived nodes. There is no difference between dragging this node into the Content Editor or one of its derived nodes directly.
