Interactive Ventuz based solution BLINK! allows customers to upload, share and vote on event pictures.
The Spanish agency Pictures that Move has developed a stand-alone, Ventuz based installation called BLINK! that invites visitors at any event to share their snapshots and selfies with the crowd. The installation consists of a large projection which is made interactive via a motion tracking device. Guests can use their smartphones to send images to the installation using Whatsapp. The pictures then appear on the screen, users can browse through them and even vote on their favorite ones. The application offers a real-time ranking of the winning photos.
BLINK! was first introduced at E-Days, the annual Spanish Event Showroom in July, where the installation attracted quite some attention. Pictures that Move intends to offer BLINK! as a solution for events worldwide and has thus utilized the flexibility of the Ventuz graphics engine to create an interface that can be easily adapted to any corporate ID.
